Holiday Isle Improvement Association operates on a fiscal year of November 1 to October 31. The assessment for single-family lots and houses is $473.00 per year; the assessment for a condominium or townhouse is $355.00 per year. Assessment invoices will be mailed on or before November 1 and are due upon receipt. Payments received after January 15th will be assessed a $25.00 late fee and 18% interest.
