Our mission at Holiday Isle Improvement Association is to promote, encourage, sponsor and participate in the conservation, repair, maintenance, beautification and improvements of the streets, roadways, canals and other public areas located in and upon Holiday Isle and to this end receive and manage funds as per our by-laws for this purpose.
Holiday Isle Improvement Association, Inc. is the master association for properties located on Holiday Isle. The purpose for which the Corporation is organized is:
- To promote, encourage, sponsor and participate in the conservation, repair and maintenance, beautification and improvement of the City right-of-ways, canals, gulf beaches and other public areas located in and upon said Holiday Isle
- Receive and use funds for these purposes.
Annually in November, the Association invoices for annual assessments and maintenance fees in the amount of $260.00 for each single family residential lot and $195.00 for each unit in a multi-family structure.
