Please be sure to secure your property and store any outside items when storms or hurricanes are predicted in our area. If you own property but are not a permanent resident, please be sure someone is responsible for taking care of your property.

Please obey the stop signs and speed limits on Holiday Isle at all times.

Please provide any changes or additions to your address, telephone numbers, or email addresses; it is the responsibility of the property owner to notify and update the office with this information.

Additional security is on the island 52 weeks of the year.  Allied Universal Security can be reached at 850-830-7000 during their patrol.  The Sherriff’s Department also continues to patrol Holiday Isle; you can reach the sheriff’s office at (850) 651-7400 or, if it is an emergency, call 911.
